Before I got windows 10 I was using windows 7 everything was going good but after upgrading to windows 10 I want to change some stuff using setting but when I click on it would open for like at least 1000 Millisecond then crashes before opening. I try look on the internet but noting works some one help me please I need the setting also my friends got windows 10 two of them had windows 8.1 and the other had windows 7 I think that what she told me but all of them was able to go to setting but me. I was thinking that only windows 8 or 8.1 would be able to get settings but I'm not sure but please anyone help.

Ps. I can open everything else but settings.

Open PowerShell with administrator account, copy and paste the command below:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
