Just installed MS Project Server into Sharepoint 2013, but there is no service configuration showing up in the list. What to do?

I just installed Project Server 2013 into the default farm of SharePoint 2013, and here is what I see:

The stsadmin command is a bust, it shows [1] other objects encountered, [1] if them still need upgrade or cannot be ungraded.

But I have little faith in the SharePoint install, as it was such a bear to get going. But I did manage to get to SP1 level, and I see this:

I am running on Windows Server 2012r2, and everything looks okay there. What to do? Thx!

For installing first thing to consider is; Project Server on Sharepoint FARM, you need to have both SP2013 and PS2013 on the same version or Patch level.

Make sure about this.

By Patch I meant SP level should be same for both PS and SP.

Jiggy ,

After Installing Project Server, Project Application service is by default stopped. From Central Admin Navigate to System Settings >> Services on Server and start Project Application Service Manually.

Since SharePoint is Patched with SP1, make sure to re-run SP1 to install SP1 component for Project Server. Also make sure to complete SharePoint Configuration Wizard.

Hi all! thx for the response. Indeed, updating to SP1 for all fixed the upgrade issue but not the Project Server install problems. It seems that Project Server is up and running but just not inside of the Sharepoint CA. See below:

However, I can access the server using MS Project Pro client and create new projects on the server, like this:

New projects show up in SP CA under SubSites. Sure could use some advice at this point. Thx!!!

Did you try re-installing the Project Server? Any luck so far?
