Hi,

Is this problem occures as soon as Windows 10 Technical Preview installed?

According to your description, you were suffering a boot problem with this system. How much RAM you allocate to this system?

I allocate minimum of 2 Gbyte of RAM with staring amount of 2 Gbyte.
