I hope someone can help me resolve this issue. I downloaded an update from Windows 7 yesterday & had to do a repair on my computer afterwards with the Windows 7 CD, it seems that all of my files & programs were deleted. I'm not worried about the programs but I lost 100's of pictures/videos of family & pets, & my music. I tried to do a system restore and it was unsuccessful. Does anyone know a way to recover this information? I'm so bummed, I never had any issues with XP like this. Thanks JJ
