Hi, i have designed a SSRS report containing 3 pages and added page breaks at appropriate places. When i run the report from Report Builder or from SharePoint i can see 3 pages and page break at appropriate place, however when i export the report in PDF format the output report still contains 3 pages but the page break is not at desired place. Hi Ketan, The issue may be caused by that your report body size is larger than the Page Size. When previewing report on Print Layout, the report body is the same with paper size, so when you preview the report, it can display more data than preview on Print Layout. In order to print correctly, the total width of Body, Left margin and Right margin must be less than or equal to Page width. By default, the page size is 8.5 x 11 inches, so make sure that the total width of Body, Left margin and Right margin less than or equal to Page width in your report. And then added page breaks at appropriate places to see if the issue is disappear or not.
