Created a new microsoft account on Dell Venue 8 Pro, running windows 10, but windows 10 keeps traces of old Microsoft account.

When running whoami at command prompt I get the old Microsoft user account, instead of the new one.

Please advise.

Go to Start , then select Settings  > Accounts > Your account.

From there you should log out.

Hi sistec-2015,

Login with(manage my account) the old Microsoft account from the link below. Remove the pc from the old account.
