Issue administering response groups

Hi all,

experiencing an issue when attempting to administer response groups via Skype for Business/Lync clients.  When opening Administer Response Group Settings... the following is displayed

 You are not a member of any group. For assistance, contact your support team.

However have been assigned as manager of the workflow and member of csResponseGroupManager

I have seen some threads relating to older version of OCS that may have caused this issue?  We've had the following in the environment -

OCS 2007
OCS 2007 R2
Lync 2010
Lync 2013

The good news - response groups work. However it would be nice to have the ability to manage these without the need to use Lync admin console.

Any ideas?

Hi Paul

have you checked your topology xml file and do a find for urn:application:Rgs and replace to urn:application:RGS

Then republish your topology, then wait for or invoke replication and sign out and back in on the client and see what happens.

Our topology does have :Rgs instead of :RGS.  Looks like I'll need to do the topology hack and republish.

Also check if the member of CsResponseGroupAdministrator has assign the workflow to the CsResponseGroupManager.
