Issue: I can't import my AD Users - Error on Run Profile Export
Hello everyone, nowadays I’m trying managing my AD Users using FIM 2010, but I can’t import the AD Users to Portal and reverse.
When I use the Run profiles:
1st Full Synchronization
2nd Full import
Everything is OK.
When I Search in the Metaverse, I get the following values:
Values in Metaverse
Itguser01 and itguser02 are accounts in my AD
Itguser03 and itguser04 are accounts created in FIM Portal.
But when I use the Run Profile “Export” I get the following errors in the Event Viewer
Event Viewer Event ID=6100
And in the Synchronization Service Manager:Sync Manager Error I think the problem may be the Synchronization Rule.
Please, don’t respond me “Follow the next URL: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee534908%28WS.10%29.aspx”, because I ‘ve done everything it says there, obviating HR Configuration.
Thanks for any help

Hi again Markus.
Sorry, I've been very busy.
In fact, I've installed once again FIM 2010 =) and now the users can use self-service password reset.
Nowadays, I'm in another project, but is about ILM 2007. I'm using LDIF MA, but when I try to configure run profiles, the configuration require me an "input file", like this:
Error, Enter an input file
I don't know what it should contain the file , may be you can help me please or give me a suggestion.
