Hi,In sharepoint you can either create a personal or a public view on a document libraries, lists etc. You may come across situations where you need only a few individuals to see a particular viewhttp://vspug.com/sam/2007/10/16/how-to-restrict-public-access-to-sharepoint-list-views-using-filters/Best Regards,

What I want to do is limit some of my users to specific views. I can do that since I have the views in List web parts. However, all they have to do is go to View All Content to view the All Items view of the list. I thought if I could limit access to the All Items view, then I could accomplish my goal/

Yes there is a supported way to do this. A hidden feature, ViewFormPagesLockDown is what you are looking for. 1. Firstly, activate this feature using stsadm command
stsadm -o activatefeature -url <site collection url> -filename ViewFormPagesLockDown\feature.xml2. Next, reactivate and activate Anonymous access for your site collection (It can be found in Site Permissions)

Hi run4it,
You may consider using a tool on codeplex called: SPViewPermissionSetting which can allow you set different permission for different views.
http://www.codeplex.com/SPViewPermission
Hope this helps.
