Hi folks I spend time squeezing columns as tight as I can get them and reduce the font size. Is there a way to make what you got fit on an 8 & 1/2 by 11? Thanks

current there is no auto fit feature. And incase you didnt know, one very effective page fitting method is lowering those default 1" margins.

Depending on the export type, I personally like to use .25 margins for PDF reports and .15 for Excel files. You set these in the main report margin section. Also, depending on the version of SSRS you are using, if you are using SSRS 2008, you need to make sure you are up to at least SP2 because of the bug in SSRS 2008 R1 with excel export issue. to change the margin widths go to "Report" in the menubar then select "Report Properties". There should be a tab called "Page Setup" or "Layout" depending on the version used where you can modify the margins.
