Is there a way to add an Indesign file to Sharepoint?

My company want to start using Sharepoint to add all their current and old files to Sharepoint. Does anyone know if you can add indesign (Illustrator and Photoshop) file to Sharepoint. View them, edit them, make all the fonts work and have the images linked automatically once opened.

I can't get my head round how this can work if at all.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Hi,

You might give it a try using the WebDav.

Simply browse to a SharePoint document library -> ribbon -> Library -> open with explorer

Copy the URL from the Explorer Window -> open PhotoShop -> open the files with the URL

In theory, this would work since files are stored similarly as if they were in a folder on a shared drive.

Regards
