Hi, I am in need of customizing the FIM SSPR portal for my organization. I have found some good links on technet to do the task but they allow me to change the look and feel of the current FIM SSPR portal. Is it really possible to add web parts to the existing design of SSPR portal ? Also, is it possible to write the code in C# for that web part in the .cs file ?

Customization meant adding web parts like buttons, links, text boxes to the current SSPR portal and then writing the button click event in the code behind file.

In that sense you can't customize a lot on the out-of-the-box SSPR portals. You can change the wording, replacing text that already appears, you can chance the banner by simply replacing the file it references. But if you'd like to add other buttons or change anything more you would have to follow Tomek's advice, and just code your own front-end UI talking to FIM Service. Piotr
