Hi Pritam_Shetty, If I understand correctly, you created two ReportServer Virtual Directoried manually, and you wanted each Virtual Directory to have each ReportServer database. By design, the connection to the ReportServer database is stored in the rsreportserver.config, and it is encrypted. That is why the two directories point to the same database. Additionally, creating two ReportServer instances manually is undocumented. It is not tested. If we do, there should have other issues might be found. I would suggest you installing a new ReportServer instance, and then use the Reporting Services Configuration Manager to fix the issue. For more information about how to install Reporting Services, please see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb522676.aspx If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.
