Can anybody please advise me to achieve this. I have a document / video uploaded into a document / asset library which needs a survey after reading / watching. How can I link a document / video with a survey list? or vice versa. How can I achieve this?.

Is there any way to attach a document or video with the survey list? Please advise.

Hi Dinesh,

We can create a new hyperlink column(SurveyListURL) in the Asset Library, then add the new survey list url in the column.

Or we can add the custom action for the ECB menu using SharePoint designer.
