Inventory - Dell Service Tags
I need to get SCE collect the Dell Service tag on all my workstations. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or is it already doing this and I just don't know where it is?

Hi,You can download the Dell MP (there is a version 4 but that one does not include the clien MP). More information about this can be found at http://advisec.wordpress.com/2008/08/08/updated-management-packs-from-dell-version-31-a01/After you imported it and the clients has reported back you can click the reporting selection and select the Custom Configuration Report and from this one you will get a report of Dell service tags and other hardware related information (see below for one example)

Sorry, probably a silly question -- but where is this custom report? I have installed the Dell client management pack, and from the monitory tab can see the breakdown of Dell monitored and unmonitored clients. From this view I can see the asset
tag. However, I'm not able to see the report above. How can I view this?
Thanks,
Jason
