Hi,

I read somewhere that Both SCCM and Intune clients will not be installed on same machine. Is that ture? If yes how can i integrate intune into SCCM and which client i need to install on machines. What policies will be applied? Do i need to install SCCM first or intune first and also in which console i need to add all the users machines? SCCM or intune?

That is true. The two agents cannot co-exist. Either ConfigMgr or Intune must be selected as the Mobile Device Management Authority. I have created a document which details how to deploy the integrated ConfigMgr/Intune solution. You can find it here

To make it a bit more complicated, a good thing to keep in mind is that you only set the Mobile Device Management Authority to ConfigMgr. That means that only mobile devices will have to managed through ConfigMgr. The Intune normal client can still be installed to manage normal devices. Basically it all depends on the requirements.

An Intune client is managed through the Intune console and a ConfigMgr client through the ConfigMgr console. An Intune client uses policies configured in the Intune console and a ConfigMgr client uses policies configured through the ConfigMgr console. Using the Intune client, while the Mobile Device Management Authority is set to ConfigMgr, just kills the biggest advantage of the integration and that's the single console.

Maybe this helps for a bit more understanding: http://www.petervanderwoude.nl/post/windows-8-1-and-the-different-management-options/
