ConfigMgr doesn't have anything to do with PKI so not sure what you are expecting or wanting here.

my question is guide to integrate third party pki certificates  Like Symantec pki In SCCM Infrastructure.Is there difference in approach In Configuring web server certificates In enabling SCCM DPs

A certificate is a certificate is a certificate. ConfigMgr does not know or care about it's source as long as they are trusted and meet the requirements detailed on TechNet: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg699362.aspx. ConfigMgr does not manage certs, it simply makes use of them and so there is nothing special to be done expect issuing them and configuring them; this process is the same regardless of where they came from.

Do remember that enabling HTTPS in ConfigMgr is not just about issuing certs to the servers. It also requires that each and every managed system have its own, unique client auth cert.
