Installing applications with new application model in task sequence - unstable?
I've heard that installing applications with new application model in task sequence is not as stable, as installing applications as packages in task sequence? What do you think?

I have seen issues in ConfigMgr 2012 RTM with the use of applications in a Task Sequence if the application had more than one Deployment Type. Then the install would sometimes fail.

But I do not know if this issue was fixed in SP1, R2 or some of the CUs released.

There were great improvements in R2 and I am not aware of any general issues.
