Installing Secondary Site though the Console
I am trying to install a secondary site though the console. I have followed the steps found here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633289(TechNet.10).aspx
I also have the comptuer account from my primary server as an admin on the secondary along with being and admin on my sql box.
The site appears to have installed ok by checking configmgrsetup.log on the secondary server, however I saw " Failed to set security on SQL Server registry key. Error: 2" listed twice in this log. Any idea what would cause this? I am concerned about errors as this is my second try on the secondary site install, the first time though my boundries from the secondary site was not publishing to AD.....

This problem occurs because the account that is used does not have the
appropriate permissions to the MachineKeys folder on the proposed secondary site.Change the permissions on the following folder on the secondary site
server:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeysA good approach would be to place a check mark in "Allow inheritable permissions from the parent to propagate to
this object and and child objects" field.

You need not to worry about the above error " Failed to set security on SQL Server registry key. Error: 2" ,Eventhough you can install Secondary site server and will work without any issues. If you want more clarification you can do port query
for your Database server .The port number is 1433.
