Installing SCCM 2012 SP1 CU3 - Success on Primary, Failing on Secondary

Installed CU3 on our primary server with no problems. Used the server installer that was created from the update bundle on a couple of our secondary sites, and they fail with the same issue. Some details below. I also used the installer that was used on the primary (downloaded from MS) and same issue.

Enable Windows installers logging (e.g. msiexec /i "...\Example.msi" /L*V "C:\log\example.log" and check the log file. On the other hand why don't you run the exe file "CM12-SP1CU3-KB2882125-X64-ENU.exe /Unattended" instead. This is the installation command defined for the  program of the "CU3-server update" Software Package?

Ended up being the Trend Micro client blocking the installation of the MSI. Unloaded Trend and it installed successfully. D'OH!
