Hi,- Before installing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, you must prepare the database server.- then you will go for installing the first SharePoint 2007 Server in your farm (WFE)As of the release of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you can install Office SharePoint Server 2007 on a server running Windows Server 2008. the following article will guide you- Deploy a simple farm on the Windows Server 2008 operating system (Office SharePoint Server) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263408.aspxplease let me know if you have other questionsBest Regards, Ammar MCT http://ahmed-ammar.blogspot.com Posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
