I am setting up an on-prem 2013 BizTalk prod environment. I have a few queries. Could you please help me with the below.

I have 2 Windows 2012 VMs which will be my BizTalk server machines. [(BT1 and BT2), Windows clustered , BTP]. I have a sql cluster with an active passive config (SQLP (clustername) , SQL1,SQL2). In order to make my master secret server highly available, I plan to use the SQL cluster. I found the below link which specifies the configuration

Please can you let me know if I need to install BizTalk 2013 SSO components on SQL1, SQL2. How about licensing requirements for such an installation.

Also any pointers for good links for PROD setup in such a scenario. I found a few good links, but they have the SQL and BT on the same machine.
