Hello, I have upgraded the Parent earlier morning and verified it is showing "R3 Installed" under System Center Configuration Manager > Site Database > Site Management > Site > Site Properties. I am trying to upgraded the child now and I am getting a "warning" ... "it is not supported to have a Configuration Manager 2007 R3 site reporting to a Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 or earlier parent site. If any sites higher in the hierarchy have not been already been upgraded to Configuration Manager 2007 R3, continuing Setup on this site might prevent them from being upgraded in the future." is it just a warning? is it a prerequisite checked which failed?
