We are seeing this issue where one of the updates out of 14 is failing to install.
I can understand if this was happening on one or two servers, but same thing is happening on large number of Windows 2008 R2 servers we have.
Looking at the WUAHandler.log file, I can see it finds all the missing updates, downloads these and installs all but one - KB3045171.

I am able to install this manually on the server using Windows Update.
