InitialPageName property removed from report
I'm trying to use the InitalPageName property for my report. I fill in a value, but when report runs, I get the following warning:
Warning 2 The InitialPageName property was removed from the report. SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services does not support the InitialPageName property.
Our SQL Install is:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (RTM) - 10.50.1746.0 (X64) Oct 5 2010 12:32:09 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.1 <X64> (Build 7600: ) (Hypervisor)
The product details from Visual Studio are:
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Designers
Version 10.50.1600.1
Thanks,

Hi Paul,
Is the warning generated when previewing the report in Business Intelligence Development Studio? I created a report with the
InitialPageName property filled, but no warning is generated during the testing.
So, just based on the warning message you posted, could you please check the
TargetServerVersion property of the Report Project is specified to
SQL Server 2008 R2 but not SQL Server 2008, and then run the report again. If the warning still exists, please let me know.
Thanks,

I was not aware to the TargetServerVersion property. That addressed the issue.
Thanks,
