Hello,

I have Forms Library with Default View called "Summary" which grouping by column called Status.
For some reasons 2 forms with status "Approved", appear on "Pending" group.

Hi Azamat,

Is Status column a custom column added in the form library?

For this issue, I recommend to verify the things below:

  1. Create a new form in the library with Status set to Approved to see if it will be displayed on Pending group.
  2. Create a new view which will group by Status column in the library to see how it works.
  3. Check the view settings of Summary to see if there anything has been changed.
  4. Could you please provide a screenshot of the view with issue?

Thanks,

Victoria

Hi Azamat,

Please go to Library Settings page of the form library > Version settings > select Any user who can read items for Draft Item Security can then check the results.

Thanks,

Victoria

Hi,

The "Current Status" column, is this a custom column? Have you activated "Content Approval" settings in your library? Are you the user who uploaded that form if not check the permission of the user? If you have activated "Content Approval" in your library then the users need to have approver permission to approve the form.

Thanks,

Hi Azamat,

Please modify the Status of the form to other values and then re-edit the status to Approved to see how it works.

I recommend to save the library as a template and then create a new library based on this template, then check if the issue still occurs.

Thanks,

Victoria

Unfortunately I cannot save template including content, because the size is too large =(...

Hi Azamat,

You can download a copy of the form with issue and then upload it to another library.

After that, group the items in the library to see if the form can be displayed under correct group.

Thanks,

Victoria
