Has anyone else seen this problem?  I have an InfoPath form on a SharePoint 2013 site that displays and submits correctly.  It is formatted to display as a web page instead of opening InfoPath Form Filler.  When I receive the message in Outlook (2003) with the form data, some of the text boxes are narrow and the text inside is cut off:

The data appears the same in Outlook Web Access as well.  Thanks.

How did you send the email? Is it sent by workflow email or SharePoint alert or others?

If the email is designed by workflow email, could you give me a screenshot about your email design in workflow.
