InfoPath crashing when using People Picker in Preview

I am trying to make some changes to an InfoPath form on a SharePoint 2013 site collection.  When I use Preview in the form and select the address book next to a people picker field in crashes every time.  I've tried all my forms and they are all doing the same.

Interestingly, if I open this same form in my Development environment (same SP build), it doesn't crash.  Is there a setting somewhere on the server that I am missing?

Thanks for the swift response Jason!

Yes, I do have manual IIS settings as there are a number of sites using the same port number.  I tried adding the  <serviceHostingEnvironment multipleSiteBindingsEnabled="true" aspNetCompatibilityEnabled="true" />  line into my web.config file on my QA environment and I didnt get the 500 error.  I'll try over the weekend on the production and see if that helps and let you know how I go.

Hi Jason,

I made the change to the web.config files on the WFE servers.  This has fixed the issue with the crashing but now the people picker doesn't work at all in the preview.  Nothing happens when clicking on the address book.  Any other ideas?

And further to this, we discovered that with the multiplesitebindings addition, no forms could be saved - getting an error saying "The server was unable to save the form at this time.  Please try again"

Had to roll back and remove this addition.

*bump*  Anybody?

This is now not just affecting preview's in InfoPath, its now affecting workflow approval forms where people pickers are required too.
