InfoPath Submission Failure

Hi,

I have an InfoPath form that I am able to successfuly submit to a SharePoint list. However, issues are encountered when other users are attempting to submit the form.

One user gets:

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location: http://website.com/document.xml
There is a problem with the Web server. Make sure the Web server exists, try again later or contact the Web server administrator.

Another user gets:

InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location: http://website.com/document.xml
Server error: Access denied. Why are they having issues? Even stranger - there is a workflow that sends out an email whenever an item is added to the list. This  workflow manages to get triggered when the form apparently failed upon being submitted! I see this website (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb251749(v=office.12).aspx) suggesting to Manage Credentials but I don't have this feature in my InfoPath Designer 2007... why? Thanks.

Hi,

What is the security level defined in the form? Chage it to full and then try again.

Hi,

You should grant user proper permissions(like contribute) to the form library.

And here is a thread talking about the similar issue, you can refer to it:

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

hi

if the user attach a large file some times it could be the cause.
also could be the postbacks of the form

both are similar actions
