How can I increase the max template size from 50MB to 500MB using SharePoint Online Management Shell?
Hi,
DO you want to increase the max template size from 50MB to 500MB for SharePoint 2013 online?
Check whether the following command is useful:

Hi Lisa,
I tried that before I posted this and no luck.
I'm not great at PowerShell so I might have done something wrong.
We are on a Business Office365 subscription plan so we have SharePoint Online.
Also, we use to be able to connect with PowerShell but now need SharePoint Online Management Shell if that makes a difference to the commands?
Kind Regards,
Cherese
Thank you for your help.
We set up a site for each job which includes a specific layout, task list, mailbox and a library etc. For this we need a template so that each site is consistent and quick to set up.
It works great. However, recently we added more content types (used as Word/Excel templates) in the library. I got the error message when trying to save the new site as a template.
The site is about 85MB so unfortunately over the 50MB limit.
I have thought of a way around this but it's obviously more time consuming for the admin staff.
Developer route isn't ideal as I don't really have the experience to be able to do anything like that but I'll have a look at it.
Thank you for your help!
