We have archive web application for production and Test servers.

User wants to navigate to the Production archive site f ,but it redirecting to Test Archive site.it happen for 2 users.

We have cleared browser level cache for that 2 users. But still they are getting same problem

We are suspecting if it is related to Cache?

Hi,

Please check the Host file entries on the users machines for whom the site is getting redirected to the test Archive site.

This is the common issue when users mentioned the ip and the hostname in the Host file.
