Including Signature Field in to the Infopath Sharepoint Forms

I am very new to the Sharepoint forms and got a requirement in the form  like below

Where Name, Signature and Date to be entered.I used repeating table to add more inventors to the form but not sure how to deal with the Signature field. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks
