Inbox Question
In this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\distmgr.box we have about 15 files, all dates with different dates, so as old as 2 months old but they are all 0k files. Can you delete
them? mqh7

If you don't have any problems then I would leave the files there alone. This has files and "refresh" information that is being passed down to the Secondaries and such. It could be something wasn't passed back up to the primary or whatever this
site server is but I would leave it. Most of the files in the inbox are place holders and not necesarily delete when done.

There's no need to delete files out of inboxes. ConfigMgr got it's own cleanup mechanisms though. Deleting the wrong files might result in major problems.Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

Just to add, it's always better to do monitor the INBOX folders so that it would easy to troubleshoot.
