Hi Maharjan Sql server Reporting Services do not have the ability to export reports to Excel 2007. However, Sql Reporting Services 2008 R2 has an improved functionality with which you can use the third party tools to export reports to Excel 2007. Ex. Softartisans Officewriter, Aspose cells for Reporting sercices, Etc Thanks!!- Kerobin

Hi Maharjan, We can use a page break to export the data into multiple Excel sheets, this can work around the issue. Here are a lots of similar threads for your reference: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Search/en-US/?query=excel%2065536%20page%20break&rq=meta:Search.MSForums.ForumID(055ccfc1-78f5-46ff-8171-33f8ff760a7c)+site:microsoft.com&rn=SQL+Server+Reporting+Services+Forum Thanks, Jin ChenJin Chen - MSFT
