Importing a User back into steadystate Profile settings don't stick?
Hello I am hoping someone can help me out with this problem.Currently I have Steadystate 2.5 setup on a netbook and we are doing some testing before deploying to 300 of them.I created a User and pointed their profile to a different Partition (none system partition) locked down all the settings I needed then exported it to a USB stick. When I tested the Import it put the profile on the C: documents and settings drive. Is there something I need to do in the export process or can I edit the *.ssu file some how?Thank You!

Hi ITUHS, I have checked this on my test machine and it seems to be by design, the imported profile resides on the system partition automatically. If you want to deploy account on other partition, you may need to use sysprep/system image. Hope this helps!Sean Zhu - MSFT
