I want to install SP 2013. Not sure wich SQL
I am not sure which SQL server is supported in 2013 installation of sharepoint. I am just collecting the software right now.

you can use The 64-bit SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 or above. For SP Foundation 2013, you can go with express edition as well.

There is a separate forum for SharePoint 2013, just an FYI. To answer
your question, SQL server 2008 R2 SP 1 or SQL server 2012 is needed for SharePoint 2013 installation.
