Logon to the BDP machine and open a command prompt with admin rights. Run the command Bitsadmin /monitor /allusers /refresh 10 Are there any BITS jobs listed there? If so, what status are they in? Queued, Error, Transferring? If they are in error run the command bitsadmin /info {GUID} /verbose |more Where {GUID} is the BITS job that is in error. This will show you what has caused the download to fail. If there are no BITS jobs then its something else. Does normal software deployment work on the machine?
