I have many users that report they never get alerts. How can I create a copy of ALL outgoing alerts to either another BCC mailbox, or a SP list somewhere, to help troubleshoot this process? Thanks.--[_]-[_]--

you may want to check with your Exchange Administrator to setup a rule for all incoming emails having a specific from address since all alerts from SharePoint will have the same from address as configured in the Central Admin. Regards Prasad
