Hi, Can anyone please tell me when i am trying to create a new SharePoint site with the custom template that i uploaded in site template gallery is not listed in custom tab.???? I can see the uploaded template in site template gallery but not in the custom tab list. None of my team members are even able to do that, we are site administrators... i was able to do it an hour ago but all of sudden when i tried to it later i wasn't able. Any suggestions???? please reply me itz URGENT!!!!

Hi, Make sure the version of the sharepoint installation from where the template was saved matches the version of sharepoint installation where you are trying to deploy the template Also, You can try adding the template using stsadm command. Do an iisreset after the operation is complete stsadm –o addtemplate –filename c:\template.stp –title mycustomtemplate Let us know if this resolves your issuePlease remember to mark your question as "answered" if it solves your problem.
