I built the site, and CA is working fine but I have two issues with the site collection:

1- I couldn't access the site without typing www.abc.com/default.aspx. When I type www.abc.com, I got an error message, saying, sorry something went wrong.

2- The Top Navigation or Home (top left corner), which default to wyx/, cannot access, and I thing it related to question #1. I think there was something wrong with nagivation and reference link. I don't know how to fix it, can anyone help me on that regards, please, thanks.

Let's verify the followings:

1. Whether other web applications have this issue.
2. whether other site collections on the same web application have this issue.
3. Which account did you use for the problematic site?

Please log in the site with a site collection administrator, then test again, compare the result.

Please try to enable anonymous access for the site collection, compare the result.

Open the IIS manager, check if it works well.

Please make sure the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application service is started.

In addition, please check ULS log file to find more information about this issue. The path of the file is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS.
