Hi Ramachandra murthy, I have some questions regarding your issue: What is your SharePoint version?Which kind of template are you using? Is your site a top site or a sub site? Did you do any developments in this site? Could you please check your ULS logs (…\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\LOGS\ ServerName-Date-Timestamp.log) to see if there is any error there on the date when you create your site? Waiting for your reply!

Hi Ramachandra murthy, I think the new issue was from your previous coding. As the article mentioned, “what is not known is if the page (list) was really modified, for example, a list field definition was changed or deleted, what the resulting error would be.“ So I do not think this is a good solution. I suggest you to remove that previous script and check if you still encounter this new issue. For your previous issue, here are some useful resources: http://msftplayground.com/archive/2008/09/11/this-page-has-been-modified-since-you-opened-it-you-must-open-the-page-again.aspx http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.publishing.publishinglayoutpage.aspx http://blogs.msdn.com/tejasr/archive/2008/06/19/resolution-moss-this-page-has-been-modified-since-you-opened-it-you-must-open-the-page-again.aspx http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.publishing.templateredirectionpage.aspx Let me know if you have further questions! Hope it is helpful!
