Hi All,
     I'm after a HelpDesk template or i would say IT request ticketing template in SharePoint 2010 with rating capability.
If there is no template I'm after any resources or samples available.

 In SharePoint 2010, IT request or HelpDesk template is not available. Instead of that, you can use Team Template and create a list with views and with appropriate permissions based on requirements and implement the same. There is no code required and everything you can implement the same with Team Template.
