Hi, If you mean upgrade the OS as it is with all installed applicaitons e.t.c. instead of using USMT and migrate the user settings and then reinstall the OS the answer is no. Check out this post which is the same question: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/configmgrosd/thread/6cf1249f-e309-4044-b1dd-e07e519e5566 Regards, Jörgen-- visit my System center blog at http://ccmexec.com --

Using the ConfigMgr 2007 Refresh scenario, yes. It's not an inplace upgrade per say (which you should not do anyway) but from a users perspective it appear to be. They get the new OS, with their old settings. You do need to make sure all their existing apps are deployed as well. / JohanRegards / Johan Arwidmark Twitter: @jarwidmark Blog: http://www.deploymentresearch.com FB: www.facebook.com/deploymentresearch
