Hi Guys,

I am deploying "Win 2008 SP2 ENT x86" on VM using vSphare Client. After certain steps IP configuration is getting removed and task sequence fails due to unavailability of the network.

Please find the steps which I am performing and getting error.

1. Configured Network Setting manually. Fetching task sequence successfully and IP configuration is set

2. Next, it shows 'Ready to Start' task. Clicked on Finish to start the task sequence, after this step IP configuration is getting removed automatically as shown below.

Note: It is x86 Operating System. x86 boot image is used in the task sequence. 

Can you guys please provide the solution on this issue.

Anything in the smsts.log ?

According to the last screenshot, it seems that there is some problem with network driver.

In addition to smsts.log, setupact.log should be helpful to indentify driver issues.
