IMporting Data into Sql Server
We hav choice to show our result in Text, Grid or file format. I saved my into file format i.e it saved in .rpt file format. No how can I import those data again to databse.

Create a Connection Manager for Flatfiles and one for SQL Server. Configure the Flatfile Manager, skip the first rows, then define the Columns. Create a Dataflow Task, select a Flatfile Source and take the Flatfile Connection. Select a OleDB Destination, select your Database and table (or create a new one). Direct a Contraint (green for Success) from your Source to your Destination Check BOL for Import Data with SSIS

You are referring to the SQL Server 2000 client tool called Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. use Data Export Import Wizard to import this file (which a flat file as Christa mentioned) back to the database.Arthur My Blog
