I have a windows 7 image captured with IIS installed. Image was captured with MDT in audit mode. When using the copyprofile setting, it doesn't seem to work. I see this in C:\Windows\panther\unattendGC\setupact.log [Shell Unattend] CopyProfileDirectory from C:\Users\DefaultAppPool succeeded. So it looks like the DefaultAppPool profile is being used. (which I really can't do because of the programs involved)
