For this issue, I recommend to check the things below for narrowing down the issue scope first:
- Use another browser to access this page to see how it works.
- Add the site to trusted zone in IE and add to compatibility view, and then compare the results.
- Create a new page and insert another list view web part to see if the issue still occurs.
You can perform a Clean Boot then check the issue again.

Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG. Youd better run Internet Explorer with no-add-ons model.
- Open Start Menu, then click all programs, select Accessories, open the
system tools;
- Right-click Internet Explorer(No Add-ons), run as Administrator.
