It appears that this monitor checks for bad values for any volume and then turns into a warning state. Then the concerning monitor turns into a healthy state when whenever volume returns a good value.

Pls check screenshots.

I don't think this a correct behaviour. What do you think about this.

You are correct. This monitor has the incorrect target (all instances).
