How to use SharePoint search to find values in xml/json Custom Fields values?

I have an Address Custom Field, It has City, House, lat and lon. the data is saved in the custom field Value property as xml, I also maintain the city, house lat and lon values as hidden read only fields.

Is this the approach to search in custom fields? 

These Hidden fields are used in the SharePoint managed properties in the SP Search but it does not feels right to me to add that much extra hidden fields.

Hi Elziadna,

Did you use that field in SharePoint list or library existing items?

If not, please add the field to a list or library and fill in values in the field.

After that you need to do a full crawl in search service application, and then you will see the crawled property for the field created in search service application.

And then you can map the crawled property to other managed properties for searching.
