Not sure why you are not already updated to a newer build. Is Windows Updates ok? are you not being offered new builds?
Do you mean upgrade to Windows 10 and leave the Insiders Program?
Or just get a newer build?

Thanks for the reply, but I'm a little confused. Are you saying I need to install Windows 7 or 8 and then use the ISO you linked to to upgrade to Windows 10?
Is there any way to activate the tech preview I'm running so that I don't have to do a clean install?
Thanks.
I'd preferably like to switch to the mainstream W10 builds (leave the insider's program), but at the very least want to get up-to-date on the tech preview.
A while back Windows Update showed a new preview build, but when I tried installing it several times it always got stuck at 71%. Now Windows Update does not show any updates.

Hi,
I recommend to clean your computer first, and try to upgrade again:
1. clear Update folder: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
2. If you get any security application installed on your computer, temporarily remove it since it will sometimes block the update.
3. Run following commands to scan system files:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
rundll32.exe pnpclean.dll,RunDLL_PnpClean /DRIVERS /MAXCLEAN
Then try to update again.
If still fail, get back to your previous Windows 7, and try the media creation tool:
